Return Policy

Returns Policy Updated On 16/12/2021

Any user (customer) who uses the website www.yodacart.com (the "Website") and our "YODACART" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App") are bound by the returns policy of Adofast Logistic Services Private Limited (referred to as Company). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform". By installing, downloading or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with Adofast Logistic Services Private Limited and you signify your acceptance to policy stated hereinunder on the Platform and amended from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Platform, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same. User’s visit, dealings, transactions and/or otherwise using this Website shall be treated as you have read, understood and hereby unconditionally accept the policy.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, "you", “buyer” “user”, or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who shall transaction on the Platform by providing registration data while registering on the Platform as a registered user using any computer systems. The terms "Company", "we", “YODACART” "us" or "our" shall mean Adofast Logistic Services Private Limited.

The Company does not encourage any returns by the customers once an invoice for the said purchase is raised by the Company or the third party to whom the order is placed.

The Company partners with authorised dealers and competent delivery agents to deliver the products ordered by the customers in good condition. Since utmost care is provided in delivery of the products to the location specified/requested, return of any product is not encouraged.

In an instance where the replacement cannot be effected by the Company, then a refund of the same will be processed within a period of 7 days as per the refund policy of the Company.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In an instance where the product cannot be replaced and refund of the amount is the only option left with the company, then the company will appoint a delivery agent to pick up the product.

During pick-up, the product will be checked for the following conditions:

  1. IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  2. All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
  3. The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  4. The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the company or their authorised person.

For products where installation is provided by the company's service partners, product packaging should not be opened by the user themselves. The company authorised personnel shall assist in unboxing and installation of the product. Violation of this term might render the transaction invalid and a cost for the loss occurred will be claimed from the user. The company retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Buyer for the cost as stated above from the amount refundable to the user.
